1. Trial Period

  • The refund policy is applicable only during the initial trial period (first 2 days).

2. Replacement First Policy

  • The company will first provide a replacement staff.

  • Replacement will be given within 1 to 3 working days.

  • If the customer refuses replacement,

3. Refund Eligibility

Refund will only be applicable if:

  • The company is unable to provide service

In such case:

  • β‚Ή1099 will be deducted as file charges

  • Remaining amount will be refunded

4. No Refund Cases

Refund will NOT be provided in the following situations:

  • If customer refuses replacement

  • If service is discontinued by customer after 1 month or later

  • If customer misbehaves, uses abusive language, or engages in violence

  • If payment is made to any personal account

5. Refund Processing Time

  • Refund will be processed within 7 to 15 working days

6. Payment Terms

  • β‚Ή5000 booking amount is non-refundable unless company fails to provide service

  • GST invoice is applicable only on service charge, not on salary

7. Legal Rights

The company reserves full rights to:

  • Approve or reject refund requests

  • Take legal action in case of misuse or fraud.
