1. Trial Period
The refund policy is applicable only during the initial trial period (first 2 days).
2. Replacement First Policy
The company will first provide a replacement staff.
Replacement will be given within 1 to 3 working days.
If the customer refuses replacement,
π No refund will be provided
3. Refund Eligibility
Refund will only be applicable if:
The company is unable to provide service
In such case:
βΉ1099 will be deducted as file charges
Remaining amount will be refunded
4. No Refund Cases
Refund will NOT be provided in the following situations:
If customer refuses replacement
If service is discontinued by customer after 1 month or later
If customer misbehaves, uses abusive language, or engages in violence
If payment is made to any personal account
5. Refund Processing Time
Refund will be processed within 7 to 15 working days
6. Payment Terms
βΉ5000 booking amount is non-refundable unless company fails to provide service
GST invoice is applicable only on service charge, not on salary
7. Legal Rights
The company reserves full rights to:
Approve or reject refund requests
Take legal action in case of misuse or fraud.
