1. Introduction

By accessing our services, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions.

2. Services

We provide domestic services including Maid, Cook, Chef, Babysitter, Driver, Helper, Home Nurse, Elder Care, Kitchen Helper, and Japa Maid across India.

  • We offer Full-Time (10–12 hours) and Live-In (24/7) services.

3. Payment Policy

  • A ₹5000 booking amount is required to initiate the service process.

  • A GST invoice will be provided only on the service charge, not on staff salary.

  • Payment must be made only to the company’s official bank account.

  • Any payment made to a personal account will not be considered valid.

4. No Job Fees Policy

  • We provide 100% free job opportunities.

  • We do not charge any fee from candidates.

  • If anyone asks for money in the name of job, please report immediately.

5. Refund Policy

  • First, the company will provide a replacement within the given time.

  • If the customer refuses replacement, no refund will be provided.

  • If the company is unable to provide service, refund will be processed after deducting ₹1099 file charges.

  • This refund policy is applicable only during the trial period.

  • If the customer discontinues service after 1 month or later, no refund will be given.

  • Refund processing time: 7 to 15 working days.

6. Replacement Policy

  • Replacement will be provided within 1 to 3 working days.

  • Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and Government holidays.

7. Police Verification & Responsibility

  • Police verification charges will be borne by the customer, or

  • The customer may get verification done independently.

  • If the customer engages in:

    • Abusive language (गाली-गलौच)

    • Physical violence (मारपीट)

    Then:

    • The company reserves the right to file a police complaint

    • Service will be terminated immediately

    • No refund will be provided in such cases.

8. Customer Responsibility

  • The customer must provide a safe and respectful environment.

  • Any misconduct will lead to immediate service termination.

9. Limitation of Liability

The company is not responsible for:

  • Personal disputes between staff and customer

  • Any indirect or unforeseen damages.
